115 DUNNING AVENUE, ROSEBERY NSW

The Rosebery Engine Yards project involves the reuse of an existing heritage building and refurbishing it into a state-of-the-art commercial and showroom tenancies, a childcare centre, retail food and beverage precincts, end of trip and parking facilities. Spanning an entire block in Rosebery, the building is classified as a Type C Construction, large isolated building. Affinity Fire Engineering implemented a performance solution to address the unique design and enable the united building spanning across multiple allotments to accommodate a diverse range of tenants.

13 ENDEAVOUR ROAD, CARINGBAH NSW

Centrally located in the industrial area of Caringbah, the TripleTwoNine estate stage 1 works involved the refurbishment of an existing warehouse, classified as a large-isolated building with Type C Construction. The building's tenants include Australia Post, Woolworths, Dutton One prestige car dealership, and two other tenancies. Affinity Fire Engineering accommodated the varying tenancy types and sizes within the building, and delivered a performance solution to address the challenges posed by this project.

50 BELMORE STREET, PENRITH NSW

Affinity worked closely with the design team to deliver holistic fire-engineered performance solutions supporting the architect’s design intent of a central atrium extending through eight storeys of offices by means of in-house computational smoke and egress modelling. The exterior and interior designs are stunning modern architecture complemented with abundant natural light and open atrium balconies projecting to the ground floor communal foyer.

Australia’s first community business district and a vibrant mixed-use development, located near the entrance of the new Macquarie Park Metro Station. Affinity has developed fire engineering solutions for Buildings A & D, and MQX 4. These sites offer a mix of ground-level retail tenancies and commercial offices, all conveniently located above a basement car park. With its prime location near the new Macquarie Park Metro Station, this development promises to be a vibrant and thriving hub for businesses and the community alike.

The new A-grade building in Newcastle is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a range of amenities and features that cater to the needs of modern businesses.
