By taking a performance-based approach, we are able to provide flexible solutions which meet the needs of our clients, including maximising retail and office space and creating comfortable work environments while still maintaining safety standards.


Affinity worked closely with the design team to deliver holistic fire-engineered performance solutions supporting the architect’s design intent of a central atrium extending through eight storeys of offices by means of in-house computational smoke and egress modelling. The exterior and interior designs are stunning modern architecture complemented with abundant natural light and open atrium balconies projecting to the ground floor communal foyer.
