The 2000 seat theatre was designed by COX Architecture and awarded multiple design awards. The buildings is complex in design layout and style and necessitated bespoke fire engineering analyses in evaluating safe occupant evacuation, structural fire ratings and unique fire detection services to permit a wide and flexible array of shows and performances. The development included a large auditorium with an associated fly tower, flexible seating arrangements and a large atrium function space space. Through in-depth assessment our experienced staff provided successful performance-based solutions in meeting project aesthetic and operational needs, whilst maintaining acceptable levels of occupant and fire fighter life safety.
JAYCAR ELECTRONICS GROUP WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION FACILITY
